MEMBERSHIP OF THE DFWA

Membership of Defence Force Welfare Association (DFWA) is open to any serving or former member of the Australian Defence Force, including Reserves; and their spouses, widows or widowers.

The DFWA needs your membership if it is to be successful in providing advice and support to its members.  A strong membership helps us defend and improve conditions of service and continue Association activities in support of those who may need help in obtaining their entitlements.

A short information brochure provides further information and an application form for printing.

Subscriptions are as follows:

Annual Membership
Serving* and former members of the Australian Defence Force
Spouses, widows and widowers of the above

To apply or renew membership, print a membership form from the brochure, complete the details and mail it to the appropriate DFWA Branch. Instructions for completing the form are available here.

* In 2008, newly joining Serving members will be given an additional year's membership for free.
